These terms cover use of this site and participation in iHollywood Film Fest. By using the site or taking part in the festival, you agree to them.

Submissions and festival rules

Submissions are accepted exclusively through FilmFreeway.

Entry fees are non-refundable.

Submissions must be the intellectual property of the submitter and/or their team.

iHollywood Film Fest will not be held responsible for claims arising from a creator’s or submitter’s failure to obtain the necessary rights to material submitted and/or screened.

Films may be submitted to multiple categories within the festival.

Submitters whose films are selected as semi-finalists will be notified on or before the notification date.

Only submissions selected for live screening will be screened. Semi-finalist status does not qualify a submission for a live screening. Submissions are pre-selected by judges, and submitters will be notified if their films qualify for screening as programming progresses.

Official Selection status does not guarantee a screening. Feature films will not be screened without prior arrangement.

If your film is selected for screening, you will receive instructions for submitting a screening copy and all required materials. If materials are not delivered by the specified deadline, the festival cannot guarantee your screening.

Films must be in English or dubbed in English to be eligible for screening.

All decisions made by iHollywood Film Fest are final.

By participating in iHollywood Film Fest, you agree to hold the festival and its employees, directors, and representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the event or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

By participating, you grant iHollywood Film Fest the right to use your submission’s name, logo, and content in awards presentations, highlight reels, and promotional materials.

iHollywood Film Fest reserves the right to amend its guidelines, selection criteria, screenings, and activities.

iHollywood Film Fest will not be held responsible for harm resulting from attendees’ failure to comply with these guidelines during festival activities.
